Online Portal
Our secure client portal is a tool for sending, receiving, and organizing your files online. It is used as a password-protected area for sharing information with us, and it is an easy way to send files that are too large for you to email. All file transfers are securely encrypted.
Document Archiving
We can safely and securely store back-up copies of your electronic documents through our relationship with the firm Concentsus (www.concentsus.com). Concentsus archives data in three secure offsite facilities concurrently, thereby ensuring information redundancy.
Digital Document Storage
Preserving your essential records is critical. You have other important documents such as a Will, a Power of Attorney, birth certificates, social insurance cards, immunization records, mortgages, insurance policies, bank account numbers, etc. We can convert your paper documents to a digital format, burn them onto a CD, and securely archive them for you.
